Job summary

GL M&E Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site-oriented professional to support the project manager in coordinating technical issues at both on-site and off-site meetings.

You will be responsible for submitting architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants or authorities. The role requires coordinating and monitoring work progress at site, attending course-of-construction meetings, and ensuring progress aligns with the project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on- and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues
• Responsible for submission of architectural samples, shop drawings and other related documents to consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodic site inspections and attending meetings during the course of construction
• Demonstrate proven problem solving and progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and ability to coordinate well with subcontractors, RE and RTO
