Job summary

DRB Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-focused professional to manage daily activities on the construction site and participate in site meetings, inspections, and progress monitoring with main and sub-contractors.

You will ensure safe work practices are followed, perform structural calculations and prepare drawings, and handle technical matters including construction programmes and shop drawings, with the ability to read and interpret detailing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on the site
• Attend site meetings, inspections and monitor project progress with Main Contractor and Sub-contractor teams
• Ensure safe work procedures are followed at all times to control risk
• Perform structural analysis and design, including preparation of calculations and structural design drawings per customer specifications
• Handle technical matters such as construction programme, shop drawings and other project submissions
• Read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing daily activities on the site.
• Attend site meeting, inspection, and monitoring of project progress with Main Con and Sub-cons.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented and carried out at all times to control risk.
• Perform structural analysis and design involving the preparation of calculations and structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications.
• Handle technical matters such as construction program, shop drawing & other submissions related to project.
• Able to read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing.
