Job summary

PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work aligns with plans, and resolve technical issues with consultants and contractors. You will interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings, perform setting out, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor progress against the programme.

The role emphasizes quality control, safety compliance, and accurate site documentation, including daily reports, checklists and as-built information.

Qualifications

• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out correctly.
• Interpret architectural/structural/MEP drawings and resolve technical issues with consultants and contractors.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignments and locations of construction works.
• Inspect completed work, arrange inspections, and ensure materials/workmanship meet specifications.
• Track site progress against the construction programme and report delays.
• Work with subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, architects, structural engineers and project managers.
• Prepare daily reports, inspection requests, method statements, checklists, as-built information and other records.
• Safety: Help ensure workers follow the project's safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Problem solving: Deal with unexpected site conditions, clashes, construction difficulties and drawing discrepancies.
