Job summary

Tensor Solutions Pte. Ltd. seeks a construction professional to support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in planning, coordinating and executing site activities in Singapore.

You will supervise daily construction works, review drawings for discrepancies, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities.
• Ability to review drawings and highlight discrepancies and technical issues.
• Familiarity with project specifications, method statements and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager in planning, coordination and execution of site activities.
• Supervise daily construction works to ensure works follow drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel on technical matters.
• Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies, clashes or issues to the Project Manager and consultants.
• Monitor progress to ensure construction activities align with the approved project programme.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure workmanship and materials meet approved specs and quality.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, QP, RTO and relevant authorities where required.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests, RFAs, RFIs, material submissions and method statements.
