Job summary

AQUARIUS CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support on-site construction efforts.

You will liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring timely documentation, adherence to drawings and schedules, and effective communication across stakeholders. You will assist the Project Manager in planning, oversee site activities, monitor quality, coordinate drawing control, address on-site issues, and prepare regular progress reports to keep the

Responsibilities

• Attend regular project meetings and coordinate and liaise with the Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and other stakeholders on all project-related matters. Provide timely technical and non-technical solutions and ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and implementation in accordance with the project schedule and requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and checks on works carried out by subcontractors to ensure that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, implementation, and coordination of all construction activities on site, ensuring that works progress in accordance with the approved master and detailed work programmes.
• Ensure that the latest approved drawings, including shop drawings and other relevant construction documents, are properly coordinated, distributed, and used for all construction activities.
• Proactively identify, coordinate, and resolve day-to-day site issues to minimise delays and ensure smooth progress of works. Coordinate construction activities in accordance with the Combined Services Drawings (CSD), approved drawings, work schedules, and overall project requirements.
• Prepare and submit project-related reports, records, updates, and other documentation as required by the Project Manager, including progress and site-related matters.

Job description
