Job summary

SADHANA CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor to manage construction activities, monitor master and detailed work programmes, and coordinate with the Professional Engineer on Temporary works.

You will liaise with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues while maintaining schedule and safety. Responsibilities include guiding site supervisors, ensuring progress according to plan, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues

Responsibilities

• construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handing of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely
