Job summary

POLINK ENGINEERING PTE LTD is looking for a capable Site Supervisor to oversee landed residential housing construction on-site in Singapore. You will plan and monitor progress, coordinate manpower and materials, and prepare progress reports to keep projects on track.

You will supervise subcontractors, perform QC checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and authorities. Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising landed residential housing projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Ability to plan manpower and materials and monitor progress.

4. Manage group of construction workers.
5. Supervise subcontractors and conduct QC checks.
6. Prepare shop drawings, method statements, proposals & technical submissions.
7. Knowledge & experience in AutoCad and MS Project.
8. Implement site safety measures & controls and liaise with Authorities.
9. Implement covid safe management measures.
10. Attend meetings and liaise with clients & consultants, prepare minutes of meeting.
