Job summary

HE WAN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building to support daily site activities, coordinate with the main contractor on workmanship quality, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.

The role requires meticulous organization, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety, housekeeping, and logistics on construction sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
• Liaise with main contractor regarding workmanship standards and contract compliance.
• Liaise main contractor for inspection of site works.
• Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and labor deployment.
• Report daily manpower and machinery.
• Ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
• Follow up and implement logistics.

• Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

• Liaise with main contractor regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of general quality control.
• Liaise main contractor for inspection of site works.
• Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the company.
• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
• Follow up and implement logistic
