Job summary

ANCON ANDA PTE. LTD. is seeking a site engineer to support construction schedules and coordinate activities at project sites in Singapore. You will monitor progress with suppliers and sub-contractors, study civil/structural drawings, and help ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires a recognized Civil Engineering degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with strong communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and prepare timely site reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil) or related field recognised by PE Board, BCA Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, coordinate activities.
• Monitor progress of structural and architectural work by suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Study project specifications such as civil/structural, architectural and M&E drawings.
• Review designs, control quality and propose remedies to keep project on track.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for efficient progress.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

• Control project plan and achieve project optimism by reviewing designs, control Quality and propose remedies if you need them.
• Please prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and ensure compliance with standard rules and regulations.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties for efficient optimum progress.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Civil) or related field recognised by PE Board, BCA Singapore
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar capacity
