Job summary

Macbuild Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer to oversee civil and structural works on main contractor projects. You will coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, supervise subcontractors, attend site meetings, and monitor progress and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and correspond with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Consultants.
• Coordinate, correspond and supervise sub-contractors and project team.
• Attend site meetings and monitor progress.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules and progress reports.
• Supervise all structural and civil works and ensure quality checks.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and progress claims.
• Liaise with clients' consultants and RE.
• Maintain quality controls and a clean, orderly site.
• Establish inventory control and handle site admin tasks.

Education

PEB / BCA recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering

Our projects are mostly focus on A&A, R&R and occasionally new build works.

• To co-ordinate and correspond with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Consultants
• To co-ordinate, correspond and supervise sub-contractors, project team.
• Attend site meetings
• Prepare, Plan work schedule and monitor work progress
• Supervision of construction progress and quality checking
• Prepare monthly progresss report and progress claim
• Supervise all structural and civil works
• Liaise with clients' consultants, RE and etc
• Maintain and monitor quality controls
• Ensure workers maintain a clean and orderly construction site at all times
• Prepare job closing inspection reports for completed construction
• Establish inventory control methods and procedures to ensure availability of resources
• Other site administrative duties and adhoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

• PEB / BCA Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering
• Must be able to know construction sequence
