Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is assisting a Singapore-based interior design and construction firm in finding a capable site engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure quality delivery on residential and commercial projects.

The role requires a recognized civil engineering degree and awareness of structural, architectural, or M&E works; prior experience in site coordination and safety compliance is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in civil engineering is required.
• Knowledge of structural, architectural, or M&E works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site construction activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Monitor project progress, documentation, QA/QC, and construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and support project cost and contract administration.

Job description

Our client is a Singapore-based company specializing in interior design, renovation, and design-and-build services for residential and commercial projects. The company is also a BCA Grade A1 Main Contractor, delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities
