Job summary

GOS3 CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Site Supervisor to lead and supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

You will manage progress reporting, monthly paperwork, and enforce safety standards while coordinating with teams on technical tasks such as cable pulling, termination, and piping works. The role demands hands-on oversight of site operations, keeping meticulous records of activities, inspections, meetings and incidents.

Qualifications

• Brazing knowledge to enhance technical task execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead progress report updates and manage recharge targets to track project milestones.
• Prepare and process monthly progress claims paperwork accurately.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, meetings, and incidents.
• Enforce safety standards in line with local laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate and oversee cable pulling and termination tasks to meet technical requirements.
• Apply knowledge of chillers, PWCs, plumbing, and piping works to support site operations.
• Supervise lifting operations and hot work activities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage work hours and worker dispatch.
• Utilize Class 3 driving skills to support site logistics and team transportation needs.
• Apply brazing knowledge to assist technical tasks where advantageous.
