Job summary

KAIYO M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to lead project planning, scheduling, and on-site execution. The role focuses on embedding safety procedures in all project management activities and coordinating construction teams and subcontractors to meet installation specifications and quality.

The candidate will forecast risks, manage site works and workers, and provide training to new personnel, with duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course or related courses.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling of projects.
• To ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
• Training for new workers
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager
