Job summary

AH BOON CIVIL ENGINEERING & BUILDING CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee drivers and crew, and support the Project Manager in ensuring timely, safe progress at the construction site.

The role requires BCSS or equivalent safety training, at least 3 years of field experience, and a willingness to handle diverse on-site tasks. Class 3 driving licence is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• BCSS certificate or equivalent safety training.
• At least 3 years of construction-related experience.
• Preferably holding a Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, operators, general workers and maintenance of equipment on site.
• Assist Project Manager to monitor and ensure smooth project progress.
• Ensure site works are carried out safely in line with the construction programme.
• Be familiar with roads, drainage, sewers and other infrastructure work.
• Carry out ad-hoc site duties as required.
