Job summary

BRICKS & BONSAI DESIGN AND BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-focused professional to support construction teams and help ensure smooth project execution.

You will proactively resolve site issues, manage documentation, supervise labour, and liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to maintain quality, schedule, and cost control. You will identify and resolve on-site problems, oversee subcontractors, review plans for compliance, and coordinate changes with contracts teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in Construction, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction environment
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
• Meticulous and responsible work approach
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight schedules

Responsibilities

• Plan ahead to identify and resolve site problems before impacting cost, schedule, or quality
• Manage correspondence and documentation with clients, client representatives, and contractors to ensure clear communication
• Administer contract changes in coordination with the contracts department to maintain contract compliance
• Review and approve equipment and material requisitions to support site operations
• Supervise and monitor site labor force and subcontractors daily to ensure work progress and compliance
• Liaise effectively with authorities, client representatives, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate project delivery
• Verify that all plans and work meet specifications and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical difficulties and problems arising on site promptly
