Job summary

Nippon Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities in Singapore, coordinating subcontractors, in-house workers, and materials to ensure timely completion.

You will enforce safety regulations, inspect work sites, and manage progress, costs, and quality to meet design specs and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for coordinating clients, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or as a site supervisor. Minimum 10yrs experience in Singapore Construction. Condo project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong hands‑on experience required.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills. Able to handle in house construction workers team.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, in house construction workers, and materials.
• Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Tracking expenses, controlling costs, and adhering to project timelines to avoid delays.
• Ensuring all construction work meets design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations.
• Preparing progress reports, checking drawings, and maintaining records.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
