Job summary

LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-qualified Civil/Structural Engineer to supervise civil and structural works at the project site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.

You will coordinate daily construction activities with the project team, monitor progress against schedule, review drawings with CAD software, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with site supervisors, foremen and subcontractors to deliver quality

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/structural projects in Singapore.
Proficient reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
Good communication and initiative; can work independently.

Responsibilities

Supervise civil and structural works at the project site per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate daily construction activities with project team and site personnel.
Monitor progress and ensure works meet schedule and standards.
Review drawings and identify discrepancies during construction.
Conduct site inspections for workmanship and compliance.
Address non-conformance and quality issues with the project team.
Ensure safe construction methods and compliance with safety requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, workers and subcontractors.
Maintain records of site activities, inspections and progress.
Prepare updates on site progress for Project Manager.
