Job summary

GUNUNG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate civil and structural works, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will work with project managers, supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors to drive successful site execution.

The role requires interpreting complex drawings, coordinating daily site activities, and maintaining comprehensive site records. Strong communication and organization are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• Experience in civil/structural construction is preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and translate to site instructions.
• BCSS safety certification and supervisory certifications (RES, SSLO, MWAH, SMSE) are required.

Responsibilities

• Review approved drawings, specs, and method statements to guide site teams.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor progress against the work programme and report delays with corrective actions.
• Inspect work for compliance and arrange inspections and follow-up on defects.
• Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on interfaces.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, photos, and material tracking docs.
• Coordinate with safety teams to implement risk assessments and permits.
• Assist with site measurements, as-built docs, and project handover materials.
