LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Supervisor to oversee site works in Singapore.

The role involves supervising civil and structural activities, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring progress aligns with drawings and specifications. The candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant local experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore's civil or structural projects.
Proficient in CAD and able to read technical drawings.
Good understanding of construction methods and safety requirements.
Strong communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

Supervise civil and structural works at the project site.
Coordinate daily construction activities with the project team and site personnel.
Monitor progress and ensure works are completed according to the schedule and standards.
Review and interpret civil and structural drawings and identify discrepancies.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality and compliance.
Identify, address and rectify non-conformance with the project team.
Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, workers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution.
Maintain records of site activities and progress.
