• Strong communication skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and reviewing project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress and milestones, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Manage issues and site coordination matters to maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Prepare and submit regular project status updates to management.
