Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) for a large SAP transformation programme across multiple interfaces.

The role requires defining SIT strategy, governance, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness; leading end-to-end SIT across SAP and connected systems; coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and partners; and providing regular SIT status updates to programme

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, testing, integration management, or ERP transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading System Integration Testing for large-scale SAP implementations.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors, SAP workstreams, and business stakeholders.

Job description

We are hiring an experienced Integration Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) for a large-scale SAP transformation programme.

The Position:

• Define and manage the SIT strategy, scope, schedule, and execution plan.
• Establish SIT governance, test entry and exit criteria, and release-readiness checkpoints
• Lead end-to-end integration testing across SAP and connected enterprise applications.
• Coordinate testing activities involving multiple vendors, internal teams, and third-party platforms.
• Manage integration testing between SAP and interfacing systems, including finance systems, trading and CTRM platforms, CRM applications, data warehouses, reporting and analytics platforms, master data solutions, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to validate end-to-end business processes spanning multiple systems.
• Manage integration dependencies, interface readiness, message flows, and data reconciliation activities.
• Establish and lead the SIT defect triage process.
• Facilitate regular defect review and prioritisation sessions.
• Implement SIT governance standards, reporting structures, and controls.
• Produce and present SIT status reports covering test progress, defect metrics, integration risks, environment readiness, dependencies, and release readiness.
• Provide regular updates to programme leadership, the PMO, and relevant governance forums.
• Serve as the primary coordination point across Business Process Owners, SAP functional and technical teams, integration and middleware teams, vendor delivery teams, testing teams, the PMO, and programme leadership.
• Identify and manage SIT-related risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Maintain testing RAID logs, owners, due dates, and mitigation plans.
• Proactively manage cross-system dependencies affecting test execution.
• Recommend corrective actions to protect programme timelines and quality objectives.

The Candidate:

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, testing, integration management, or ERP transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading System Integration Testing for large-scale SAP implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing SIT across 10 or more integrated applications and platforms.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple vendors, integration teams, SAP workstreams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong experience in end-to-end process testing, interface and API testing, middleware validation, cross-system data reconciliation, defect triage, and release-readiness assessment.
• Experience delivering SIT within complex ERP transformations involving multiple systems, interfaces, and integration points.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and external implementation partners
