Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished Integration Manager to lead the SIT planning, coordination, and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation programme.

You will define SIT strategy, govern testing activities across SAP and connected systems, and coordinate multiple vendors and internal teams to ensure end-to-end process validation and timely release readiness.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, testing, integration management, or ERP transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading System Integration Testing for large-scale SAP implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing SIT across 10 or more integrated applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define SIT strategy, scope, schedule, and execution plan.
• Establish SIT governance, entry/exit criteria, and release-readiness checkpoints.
• Lead end-to-end integration testing across SAP and connected applications.
• Coordinate testing activities involving multiple vendors, internal teams, and third-party platforms.
• Manage integration testing between SAP and interfacing systems including finance, CRM, data warehouses, and middleware.
• Produce SIT status reports covering progress, defects, risks, and readiness.
