Job summary

Zenith Infotech Pte Ltd. is seeking Business Analysts with experience in IHL to join a large‑scale Student Information System (SIS) modernization programme. The project replaces a legacy Oracle system with a microservices solution on AWS, running in co‑existence until migration is complete.

You will bridge academic services and delivery, capture requirements with engineers and testers, and drive design, build, testing and go‑live while coordinating with process owners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of business analysis experience, including 1 year in higher education (AU preferred).
• Delivery experience on enterprise system implementations or change requests through to go-live.
• Strong workshop facilitation with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear, structured requirements for formal review.
• Comfortable with APIs, data and microservices based designs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate requirement workshops with academic and administrative process owners and elaborate business rules.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications with clear acceptance criteria and maintain traceability.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis and identify legacy workarounds.
• Analyze cross‑platform data during co‑existence, including data sources and cutover needs.
• Design to‑be business processes and data operability.
• Collaborate with designers on student and staff journeys and grounding for UX.
• Support data migration with source-to-target mapping and data quality rules.
• Design test scenarios, support UAT and change materials.
• Define functional requirements for SIS integrations with other systems.
• Maintain requirements baseline through change control and phase gates.
