Job summary

Liberty in Asia Pacific Singapore seeks an Underwriting Operations & CX Manager to design and implement strategies, optimise processes, and lead underwriting operations across Singapore. This role champions continuous improvement and superior customer experiences.

Partnering with senior management and stakeholders, you will manage governance, systems, and workflow changes while mentoring staff to deliver strong performance and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in General (non-Life) Insurance or financial services operations is preferred.
• PC-based systems and applications proficiency is required.
• Tertiary qualifications desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align and drive the organisation's strategic goals with senior management.
• Oversee Underwriting Operations processes for Singapore and related lines.
• Design end-to-end customer experiences across underwriting touchpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed CX as a core metric of success.
• Provide direction and supervision across product development, operations, and training.
• Lead governance of underwriting operations including systems and workflow transformations.
• Drive offshore and automation initiatives with delivery centres and BPOs.
• Mentor and lead the team with coaching and development.
