Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte Limited in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Claims Leader to manage a team delivering excellent service to insureds, brokers and internal partners across the Commercial & Specialty products in Asia.

You will drive technical excellence, oversee reserving, guide coverage decisions and collaborate with underwriters, actuarial and other business units to enhance risk selection, profitability and client engagement, while upholding Liberty's One APAC culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in claims leadership or management
• Strong understanding of policy coverage and reserving concepts
• Experience working with brokers and insureds in a multi-market environment
• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and databases

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a claims team across Commercial & Specialty products
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee claims investigations, reserving and settlement decisions
• Ensure compliance with Liberty's claims handling values and processes
• Collaborate with underwriters, actuarial and other units to improve profitability
