Qualifications

• Proven track record in process standardisation and optimisation in insurance value chain.
• Extensive General Insurance knowledge.
• Experience with change across multiple systems, teams and processes.
• Experience in large multinational organisations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimisation strategy aligned with Operations Excellence objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from opportunity to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver improved processes and standards.
• Collaborate to drive cross-regional alignment and leverage global synergies.
• Support the development of a global optimisation framework and data-driven tooling.
