Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to execute account and territory sales plans for the replacement market. Build strong distributor, dealer and customer relationships through regular engagement and responsive service.

You will deliver sell-in, sell-through and sell-out targets, implement pricing and promotions, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure product availability and achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, distributor management or retail sales execution.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
• Experience with distributors, dealers or retail customers preferred.
• Strong selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sell-in, sell-through and sell-out targets in line with the Singapore REPL annual operating plan.
• Implement product, pricing and promotional programs, and recommend appropriate pricing for new SKUs.
• Track sales performance, close gaps, and maintain product availability and appropriate inventory levels.
• Visit customers regularly, use consultative selling, and resolve queries and service issues.
• Develop new dealers and stores, maintain account coverage, and support Retail Excellence and Perfect Store standards.
• Prepare forecasts and reports, share market insights, and coordinate order fulfillment with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.
