Qualifications

• AUM book size of minimum USD 150 to 200 mio.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
• Good university degree.
• Preferably completed professional qualifications: CACS Papers I and II.
• Driven and entrepreneurial; good business acumen.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Chinese.

• Develops and maintains client relationships.
• Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets and objectives.
• Trusted advisor who succeeds in maintaining a group of dedicated clients.
• Builds market share; able to enhance client asset size over time.
