SHRI CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Payroll Specialist to own payroll and statutory compliance across our entities and to support consulting with payroll and compensation advisory.

You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll on BIPO, ensure CPF/IRAS compliance, and assist with client payroll matters and salary structures. This role requires attention to detail and confidential data handling.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Business, HRM or related field.
• At least 3 years of full-spectrum payroll experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS AIS/IR8A/IR21 and Employment Act payroll.
• Hands-on experience with a payroll system (BIPO preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• High accuracy with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to explain payroll matters clearly to staff and clients.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Experience computing shift, daily-rated, hourly, ad hoc and overtime pay.

Responsabilités

• Run end-to-end monthly payroll for all entities on BIPO, including new hires and exits.
• Compute final pay, salary in lieu of notice, leave encashment and pro-rated entitlements.
• Reconcile payroll with Finance and prepare payroll reports and journal entries.
• Maintain payroll master data and system configuration, including payslip setup.
• Submit CPF contributions and IRAS forms on time, and handle IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees.
• Ensure payroll follows the Employment Act, including salary payment timelines and itemised payslips.
• Support the annual salary review, bonus and increment exercises.
• Maintain payroll controls and audit trails, and support audits.
• Handle payroll data in line with the PDPA.
• Support consultants on client payroll and compensation matters, such as payroll process reviews and salary structures.
