Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Specialist to run high-volume payroll accurately and compliantly, spanning data capture, validation, calculation and disbursement.

You will own end-to-end payroll with CPF and IRAS submissions, support monthly close and bank reconciliations, and assist junior team members. The role offers standard office hours, a conveniently located office near MRT, and exposure to large-scale shared services payroll.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, HR, Business or related discipline.
• Hands-on, end-to-end payroll experience including Singapore statutory compliance.
• Experience in high-volume or shared services payroll.
• Strong knowledge of CPF and IRAS requirements.
• Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous with strong reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run the full payroll cycle including weekly, monthly and year-end processing.
• Process salary disbursements and CPF contributions.
• Prepare IRAS submissions like Form IR8A.
• Prepare monthly GL payroll postings and bank reconciliations.
• Review processes for statutory compliance.
• Guide and support junior team members.
• Resolve payroll queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Maintain and verify employee payroll data.
