Service Engineer – Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on‑site role located in Singapore for a Service Engineer.

The Service Engineer will be responsible for:

• Performing troubleshooting and providing technical support
• Conducting maintenance, installation and repairs of equipment
• Delivering on‑site field service to customers
• Supporting commissioning and system checks where required

The role involves regular interaction with customers to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction with FIMER's products and solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Experience in field service, maintenance or repair skills.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is an advantage.
• Able to travel regionally (20-30%, planned scheduled)

Additional Information

• Salary range: $3,500 – $4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Full‑time position based in Singapore
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only
