Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of marketing experience with ownership of campaigns and mentoring juniors.
• Strong hands-on paid media ability and data-driven optimization.
• Experience across social, content, branding; SEO knowledge.
• Commercial judgment with budgeting and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Set Singapore marketing plan, calendar, budget priorities and KPIs for both business lines; balance near-term acquisition with brand development.
• Lead and coach the local team across performance, social, content, design and video; brief agencies and specialists.
• Partner with sales and merchant teams on audience needs, lead quality and conversion; report results and recommendations.
