Job summary

Fresh Tea Everyday Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead our bubble tea store operations in Singapore. The role focuses on monitoring performance, standard compliance, and cost control to drive profitability while supporting new store openings.

You will coordinate with franchise partners and store teams, train staff on service and product knowledge, and ensure efficient inventory and supply chain execution to sustain brand growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in bubble tea or F&B operations.
• Familiar with store operations, QCS standards, and management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
• Experience in cost control and improving store profitability.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong customer service skills and sales drive with team leadership.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.

• Monitor store performance and analyze operational data to improve sales and efficiency.
• Review sales, QCS standards, and customer feedback; implement improvement plans.
• Support and manage new store openings and daily operations coordination.
