Job summary

AMACHA Management Pte. Ltd. is expanding its AMACHA stores in Singapore and seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations across multiple locations. You will oversee opening/closing, staff scheduling, and ensure a hygienic, compliant environment while driving service excellence.

With 3–5 years in retail/F&B and leadership experience, you will recruit, train, and supervise staff, monitor inventory and costs, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/F&B experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory or manager role.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, opening/closing, and staffing schedules.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure customer service excellence and maintain product quality.
• Manage inventory, stock counts, and cost control to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns.
