Job summary

Referment seeks a hands-on Systems Administrator for its Singapore office to support Windows and UNIX environments, hardware, AV, and conferencing, with occasional data-centre work. You will collaborate with global teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve infrastructure reliability.

The role requires strong problem solving, excellent communication, and willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and travel to Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, desk-side, AV, conferencing and remote-user support.
• Strong analytical and research skills to solve unfamiliar problems and improve processes.
• Clear interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday with occasional overtime and weekend assignments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile‑device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment, trading‑floor tech and occasional data-centre work.
• Work with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non‑technical issues.
• Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues, administer infrastructure‑level systems and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
