Job summary

Our Client, an established IT solutions business in Singapore, is seeking a System Administrator to perform system administration and management tasks across OS, hardware, and security in a 24/7 environment.

The role covers managing Windows Server, Linux variants, virtualization, AD, DNS, and storage, with collaboration with vendors and on-call support. Diploma in IT and at least 3 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing system infrastructure.
• ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, RHCSA or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• System and hardware management across OS and hardware.
• Incident and problem management with SLAs.
• Documentation and reporting on system performance and incidents.
• Collaboration with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Compliance with policies and ongoing training in system administration.
