Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Security Engineer to deliver end-to-end post-sales implementation, deployment, and 24x7 maintenance for enterprise cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions. You will handle on-site and remote installations, testing, and troubleshooting across endpoint, SIEM and vulnerability domains.

The role involves creating technical docs, participating in standby rotations, and ensuring healthy system operations for regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in cyber security, CS, CE or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on IT experience in network support, system administration or cybersecurity implementation.
• CCNA/CCSA or vendor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales implementation activities for local and regional enterprise cybersecurity projects.
• Perform on-site and remote installation, configuration, network integration, testing and commissioning of security solutions.
• Produce technical documentation including UAT sign-offs, configuration guides and operational handbooks.
