Job summary

Airwallex in Singapore seeks an IT Site Lead to own on-site IT operations, regional SEA support, and staff mentorship. You will ensure reliable IT services, manage vendors, and provide hands-on support across macOS, Windows, and key SaaS apps.

You will work five days per week in the office, collaborate with workplace, people ops and facilities, and drive AI-enabled process improvements. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to run a site with operations and partnerships coordination.
• Experience as site lead or primary IT site owner in an office.
• Autonomous and efficient work style with good judgement.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills – hardware and software.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site IT contact in Singapore, owning IT operations and reliability.
• Provide escalated regional support to SEA sites (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia).
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Airwallex employees and contractors.
• Support macOS, Windows, and major SaaS apps with strong technical skills.
• Hardware troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices.
• AV support for meeting rooms and events; onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Vendor and logistics management for SG and other sites; procurement and inventory.
• Write clear English documentation and guides; contribute to process improvements.
• Provide executive and VIP support for SG-based executives.
