Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Administrator to administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams. You will manage Active Directory, security controls, and network infrastructure while providing end-user support across Windows devices and Office applications.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity, strong troubleshooting, and collaboration skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online in Microsoft 365.
• 3–5 years in system administration, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Office apps.
• Experience with Active Directory, networks, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint management, and security controls.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Manage Active Directory environments: user provisioning, access permissions, group policies, and account administration.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain 365 security and compliance controls (MFA, CA, Defender, DLP).
• Manage and support network infrastructure: firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, remote VPN connectivity.
• Provide technical and desktop support for Windows devices, Office apps, printers, peripherals.
• Monitor performance and availability of servers, endpoints, and IT systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 deployment, migration, configuration, and tenant administration.
• Perform regular system maintenance: patching, backup, recovery, updates.
• Maintain IT documentation: configurations, procedures, records, guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth IT operations.
