Job summary

Bay East Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Immigration Consultant / Executive in Singapore to manage and support the preparation, review, and submission of immigration applications.

You will liaise with clients to gather information, review documents for accuracy, and ensure timely submissions in line with ICA and authorities. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Diploma/degree in a related field, and strong English and Chinese communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Law, HR or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant immigration or professional services experience; entry candidates may be considered.
• Familiarity with Singapore immigration policies and processes is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit Singapore immigration applications with accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients to collect information, review documents for completeness, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Monitor timelines, maintain case records, and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing supporting documents and related correspondence.
• Stay updated on changes to Singapore immigration policies, procedures, and government guidelines.
• Coordinate with government agencies and external parties as required.
• Support senior management in client engagement and handling complex immigration matters.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties to support the team.
