Job summary

Heritage Immigration in Singapore is growing its advisory team and seeks driven, client-focused professionals to guide individuals through Singapore PR applications.

You will hold consultations, explain the PR process, manage a sales pipeline, prepare documents with our case team, and follow up with clients to ensure smooth progression of applications. Training and a clear path to senior advisor and team lead roles are offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or client advisory experience.
• Experience in immigration or PR consulting is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and processes.
• Able to build relationships and advise clients effectively.

Heritage Immigration is a Singapore consultancy that guides individuals and families through their Singapore Permanent Residence applications. We are growing our team of advisors and are looking for driven, client-focused people to join us.

What You Will Do

• Hold consultations with prospective clients to understand their background and goals
• Explain the PR application process, eligibility factors and our service packages clearly and accurately
• Turn enquiries into signed clients and manage your own sales pipeline
• Prepare and check client documents with our case team
• Follow up with leads and keep clients updated through their application
• Keep accurate records in our CRM
• Meet monthly consultation and sales targets

What We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, client advisory or immigration services
• Experience in immigration, visa, work pass or PR consulting is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English, needed to advise clients and prepare documents
• Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working to targets
• Comfortable using CRM tools, email and messaging apps
