Job summary

OISHI MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to support work pass management, payroll processing, and employee data integrity across the business.

You will handle recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and PDPA, draft HR letters, and assist audits, contributing to efficient operations and a compliant, well-supported workforce.

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR or related field (Diploma/degree).
• 5+ years HR or personnel administration experience.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations, CPF, IRAS, and PDPA compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work Pass Management: manage WP, S Pass, EP applications, renewals, and cancellations. Monitor expirations and renewals; liaise with MOM.
• Employee Records & Data Management: maintain employee data with PDPA compliance.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: support candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, onboarding for foreign employees.
• Compliance & HR Policies: ensure alignment with Singapore labor laws, CPF, MOM guidelines; support audits.
• Payroll Administration: assist payroll processing, CPF contributions, work pass levy, IRAS reporting.
• General HR Management: draft HR letters, extensions, disciplinaries, and support HR projects.
