Job summary

Fitch Solutions in Singapore is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Singapore office and develop a career in sales and client management across South APAC. You will build trusted relationships, drive renewals, and identify opportunities to expand the use of Fitch Solutions products and services.

You will develop your consultative selling skills, engage senior stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development.
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Familiarity with structured sales processes for renewals, opportunity management and account planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage trusted relationships across an assigned client portfolio in South APAC.
• Support renewals, identify growth opportunities, and connect clients with Fitch Solutions offerings.
• Develop and apply consultative selling approaches to drive value and revenue.
• Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and client success teams to improve outcomes.
