Job summary

Fitch Solutions, part of Fitch Group and owned by Hearst, is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Singapore to manage an assigned client portfolio in South APAC. You will strengthen client relationships, support renewals, and identify opportunities to expand the use of Fitch Solutions products and services, leveraging a consultative, value-based sales approach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management or B2B sales, CRM proficiency, and strong communication to engage stakeholders

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development.
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients, ideally including a recurring book of business.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales approaches for pipeline, renewals, and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across an assigned portfolio of clients in South APAC.
• Understand client workflows and renewal needs, identify growth opportunities.
• Connect clients with Fitch Solutions products and services to deliver measurable value.
• Develop consultative selling skills and apply a value-based outreach strategy.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and client success teams to improve solutions.
