TYSON JAY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned leader to drive the Singapore business with full P&L accountability.

You will oversee a multi-outlet F&B network, directing revenue, costs, margins, productivity and profitability while building a capable management team. You will manage central production and delivery, ensuring coordination with production, logistics and retail outlets, and uphold service, safety and customer experience standards.

Formación

• Minimum tertiary education (Bachelor degree or equivalent)
• 5–8 years of P&L management experience
• Strong multi-outlet operations leadership exposure
• Experience in bakery and/or coffee operations is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for the Singapore business with full P&L accountability.
• Lead a multi-outlet F&B network and drive revenue, cost, margin, productivity and profitability.
• Lead and develop outlet operations and supporting functions, building a strong management team.
• Oversee central production and delivery operations, coordinating production, logistics and retail outlets.
• Maintain high standards of service, food safety, operational execution and customer experience.
• Use performance data and frontline observations to identify improvements to processes and operating efficiency.
• Evaluate potential new locations and support expansion of the Singapore operation.
• Stay close to day-to-day operations through outlet visits, including weekend presence when required, while managing key stakeholders.
