Qualifications

• 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit operations in F&B.
• Strong budgeting, cost management and performance analysis capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and consumer trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency.
• Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives.
