Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or country management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven P&L ownership with revenue growth.
• Understanding of Singapore energy/e-mobility landscape.
• Strong network with utilities, developers, fleets, OEMs, government.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Singapore country business plan aligned with Asia Pacific strategy.
• Identify, qualify, and win new business in EV charging, microgrid, and integrated energy solutions.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution design, proposal, pricing, negotiation, closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision makers at key accounts.
• Represent the company in industry forums, government engagements, and partnerships.
• Lead a high-performing cross-functional team and establish OKRs/KPIs.
• Manage full P&L for Singapore; budgeting, forecasting, and reviews.
• Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore laws and corporate governance.
• Oversee contracts and risk in coordination with regional/HQ functions.
