Promote and sell EV chargers to customers, identify new opportunities, build relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and satisfaction. Provide after-sales support and monitor market trends in Singapore's EV charging space.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell NEG Power's EV chargers and related charging solutions to customers in Singapore.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial building owners, property developers, electrical contractors, consultants, system integrators, and fleet operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, product presentations, and sales documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide basic technical support and respond to customer enquiries related to EV charging products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the EV charging industry.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to maintain warranty coverage, including on-site troubleshooting and inspections, prompt response to customer calls and inquiries, and timely resolution of service-related issues in accordance with warranty requirements.
