Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator in Singapore to join a Japanese MNC's Supply Chain team. The role covers order handling, shipment coordination, and PO management, with daily responsibilities that include preparing import/export documents and assisting with process improvements.

Based in West Singapore, the position offers a monthly salary up to SGD 4,000 plus transport reimbursement. Overtime and overseas travel are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes.
• Experience issuing and generating Purchase Orders (POs).
• Experience coordinating shipment arrangements with customers, suppliers, and forwarders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Willing to overtime and travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders from creation to amendments.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare import/export and shipping documents.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Check invoices, freight and insurance charges.
• Follow up on discrepancies and prepare monthly reports.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
