CLOUDWISE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an International HR Business Partner to support overseas teams across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Hong Kong.

You will partner with regional leaders on organization design, talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations to help build a scalable overseas organization. This role requires cross‑cultural collaboration, localisation of HR policies, onboarding and governance across borders, plus effective talent management to enable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above; HR-related fields preferred.
• At least 5+ years in HR, including international HR or HRBP roles.
• Experience in multinational or foreign-invested companies with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Able to be based in Singapore; knowledge of local labor regulations is a plus.
• Fluent English; capable of conducting interviews and HR policy communications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overseas organization planning and headcount needs with regional leaders.
• Own overseas hiring channels, candidate screening and offer management.
• Provide HRBP support to overseas business teams including performance and onboarding.
• Localize group HR policies for overseas teams and ensure compliance.
• Drive culture integration, talent development and cross-region collaboration.
